Cancellation & Refund
You have 30 days from the order date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your parcel, we will contact you to organise the exchange or refund. The refund usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
